Our mother passed away in January after being transferred from another facility to Willow Trace last March. The care that she received and the loving attention paid to her, although she was unaware of her surroundings most of the time due to Alzheimer’s Disease, was beyond excellent. She was fed well and her personal needs were met in every way. During her passing, my sister and I were surrounded by the loving administration and staff, most of whom had tears in their eyes when they left the room. The sweet spirit in her room that day will forever be etched in my memory. We were led through her passing with hugs and encouragement that we would most certainly be reunited again. the hugs, tears and absolute love we felt on that day were genuine. Her special nurse, Gloria has been a tower of strength to me. I am always greeted with a hug from her and a word of encouragement. There is no finer facility in the world.
