Letting seniors live their best life, with the right amount of help.

Gulf Coast Health Care’s assisted living care is for residents who don’t need a high level of continuous nursing care, such as what we offer at our skilled nursing centers, but are still unable to live independently. For the most part, our assisted living residents are not sick but, rather, have difficulties with activities of daily living, such as cooking, dressing, mobility and more.

True caregivers focusing on your quality of life.

At our licensed assisted-living centers—Southern Lifestyle Senior Living Center and Bay Breeze Senior Living and Rehabilitation Center—we provide living accommodations and assistance to seniors who can no longer live on their own, but with a focus on supporting their independence. Our assisted living centers provide 24-hour staffing, personalized, resident-centered care, and—when needed—nursing services. In addition, our team of dedicated, hands-on caregivers focuses on residents’ individual needs in order to let them enjoy living life to its fullest.

To do this well, our people and environment offer:

  • A wide array of enjoyable, stimulating activities
  • Comfort
  • Companionship
  • Security and safety
  • Privacy and peace of mind
  • An atmosphere of respect and friendship
  • The help residents need, when they need it

At Gulf Coast Health Care, some of our centers also offer more independent living for seniors. For more information about assisted and senior living, visit our Locations page to find the number for a specific center near you.
